HP and why I want nothing to do with it

J.K. Rowling uses her wealth to fund anti-trans campaigns in the UK
by doing so, she also propagates anti-trans views beyond her sphere of financial influence
she made all her money via Harry Potter, and more importantly, she continues to profit from its popularity, by way of royalties
money that goes into HP merch, watching new and old adaptions, visiting officially licensed themed places etc. goes directly into legal campains that harm the well-being of trans people
any discussion of HP - even this antifesto - promotes it, and furthers its relevance, which again turns into profit, which turns into harm to trans people
thus Harry Potter and its creator should sink into irrelevance
I have lost interest in the fandom and do not want to be bothered with it. I will keep my old fic up because that's where I started writing. However, I will not engage with it.
